Before your appointment, please ensure that any mascara or eye make-up is thoroughly removed and then washed off with warm water. If this is not done properly, make-up residue could affect the glue performance and your overall eyelash extension retention. It is imperative for clients to follow this step. 
Any previous allergies or flare-ups to any cosmetics or procedures must be disclosed before the appointment. 
Clients must have at least a 40% false eyelash retention in order to qualify for any infill type. Please note that you may be charged for a half set or a complete full set if loss exceeds the stated amount. 
Clients are kindly asked to please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations, in which case no charges will be made. ‘No-shows’ will be invoiced the full amount.
